EDC Las Vegas 2025 has set a new benchmark in the world of electronic dance music festivals. From May 16 to 18, over 250 artists performed across an unprecedented 16 stages at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, making this the most expansive edition in EDC’s history . The festival’s attendance figures are expected to surpass the 525,000 attendees recorded in 2024.
Headliners and Unforgettable Performances
This year’s lineup featured a mix of EDM legends and rising stars. Highlights included Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Illenium, and Sara Landry. Unique back-to-back sets, such as Alison Wonderland B2B Kaskade and The Martinez Brothers B2B Loco Dice, added to the festival’s allure.
Innovative Stage Designs and New Additions
EDC 2025 introduced several stage innovations. The main stage, kineticFIELD, transformed into “kineticMETROPOLIS,” a futuristic cityscape symbolizing sound, energy, and connection . The Ubuntu stage debuted in Nomadsland, celebrating Afro house music in collaboration with South Africa’s Bridges For Music Academy.
Beyond the Music: Immersive Experiences
Attendees enjoyed more than just music. The festival offered immersive art installations, carnival rides, a silent disco, and roaming performers. The kandi casino and Hotel EDC at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas provided additional entertainment and relaxation options.
Looking Ahead
As EDC Las Vegas 2025 concludes, anticipation builds for future editions. With plans to redesign the bassPOD stage in 2026 and continue expanding the festival’s offerings, EDC remains at the forefront of the EDM scene.
